26 weeks

We're out of triple digits! 98 days seem much better. We went out on Saturday to celebrate 100 days left. I had not taken them to the movies without Lucien ever. It was the first time. We saw M*nsters vs Al1ens. I figured Simeon would nap--it was nap TIME after all. No. It still went well. It was a good time.

We attempt every few weeks to make Italian sandwiches using subway rolls. I realized this past weekend that it simply doesn't cut it. At one point last week, I was nearly ready to make the 16 hour drive so I could go to Sam's Italian Shop. Nearly. I would love to visit everyone. OTOH, I'm sure if we can afford a trip--everyone would rather I wait until they can meet the baby. So I'll wait.

Still shopping for a larger vehicle. We thought we'd found a good Suburban last week. No word on it tho. Apparently it wasn't actually on the car lot and the guy was going to figure out if it was worth getting for us. Bah. Tired of thinking about it!

I think the pollen is giving me headaches.

I am trying to talk Lucien into letting us get an Intex pool like we had in Maine. Feel free to call him up and encourage him in that direction. :0) I doubt I'll have the energy to take the kiddos over to the Coomes Center to swim but it would be amazing to have something right in the yard even if it isn't that big. The one we had was fine for me to float in while expecting princess the first.

I have little broccoli and tomato seedlings. So fun! We haven't started plants indoors since I was preggy with Zeke! I do not know why! I have a lilac loving the homeschool room window for now. I ordered 3 others and they haven't come so I'm waiting to put them all out at once. The one here will have pink blossoms and the others I ordered are the traditional-like grandma has-purple. I wonder how long till they bloom? Any idea? The one that came is about 17-18" tall.

We are insured again and all the children have physicals in April. I'm waiting to hear about a local dentist (whether they take metlife dental or not) and then we'll have those appointments to do also. Should help the last few months to fly by for me.

A few of the children and I were looking at photo albums this morning. How did my chubby little girl get so straight and tall? Where does the time go?

1. I'll talk to Lucien about the pool since he had so much fun diving in ours.
2. Are you hinting for some rolls from Maine?

3. Lilac may take up to 2-3 years to blossom, but dont be discouraged, some blossom after a year.
